How do you put the curly hair extensions in ?

Put your curly hair extensions in quickly and easily. Depending on the extensions you choose, you can either put them in yourself or have a professional do it.

Here are some tips for clip-in extensions if you choose to do it yourself. First, grab some clips and separate your hair from the bottom and on the top. Then, take your extension and attach it to your hair with the clip provided. Attach the clip right at your roots to get a natural result. To spread evenly the extensions, make sure you start with the widest strips at the back.

If you choose our loop extensions, take some hair sectioning clips to separate the strands of hair you want. Slide the hair into the ring. Place the ring about 1.5 cm from your scalp. Then flatten it with the pliers to hold the hair inside.

If you opt for our hot fusion extensions, you’ll need some heated or ultrasonic tongs. Put these extensions in using the rings by heating the end of your extensions. When heated, the keratin in the ring is the natural binder that will fix your extension to your hair.

How to maintain my curly hair extensions?

Once your curly hair extensions are in place, remember to take care of them to maintain the volume and shine.

Don't be afraid to wash your hair. Opt for a shampoo for curly hair and wash your hair ideally twice a week, if not at least once a week. If you have chosen hot fusion extensions, use a neutral pH shampoo so that you don’t damage the keratin attachments.

Gently massage your scalp, but try not to rub your hair.

For shiny and soft hair, we recommend using a conditioner.

After washing, don't rub your hair to dry it, but wrap it in a towel and let it air dry. Avoid using a hair dryer, as they can dry out your scalp and make your hair look dull. Use a brush with nylon or boar bristles to brush your hair.

Finally, at bedtime, plait your hair to preserve your extensions as long as possible.
