Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal according to the original payment method within 20 days after return of the order.
For hygiene reasons, natural hair products will not be accepted if it is suspected that they have been tried or unwrapped.

We are not alone: Other hair extensions supplier do not allow a return of opened items for the same reason.
